check in / check out:

per night or week: arrival from 3 pm, departure before 11 am.
weekend: arrival on Friday from 3 pm, departure on Sunday evening.

extensive tourist information
use of the whole apartment
a well-equipped open kitchen
2 private parking spaces on the property

the rates exclude:

beach towels
mandatory final cleaning: € 50,-
tourist tax: € 1,60 p.p.p.n.

reservation

Please fill in the form below. Minimum rental period is 2 nights. We confirm receipt of your reservation request and provide payment information. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment (25 %). The balance is due 30 days before the rental period.

Please note: prices are net in euros. Costs for the transfer, if any, are for the guest.

cancellation

Something can always come up and therefore cancellation is possible without giving a reason. It is free of charge up to 1 month before arrival. The amount already paid will be refunded in full.

Later cancellation is possible, then we charge 35,00 € administration cost.

In case of cancellation within 1 week before arrival or during your stay, no amounts can be refunded but in special circumstances we will look together for a solution.
